We seek majority ownership in renewable energy assets which provide stable cash-flows and positive impact.

Joëlle Christmann
Joëlle has a successful track record in start-up management and fast-growing companies. She is the Co-Founder and Chairwoman of RhyVest AG, as well as Peleven AG a leading life science engineering company. With a strong expertise in Finance, HR and Legal operations, Joëlle has been instrumental in driving Start-Up growth and strategic direction. Joëlle was previously head of Finance, HR & Legal for the DACH Region at Morgan Sindall AG, part of an English listed group, where she spent more than 12 years.
Guillaume Taylor
Guillaume has over 30 years of investment finance experience. He started his career as a credit and treasury specialist at Intel Corporation. He then went on to work within the private banking industry with Darier Hentsch & Cie (now Lombard Odier) and as a partner with de Pury Pictet Turrettini & Cie Ltd. In 2010 he founded Quadia SA, a leading impact investing asset manager.
Frédéric James Gentizon
With a strong background in infrastructure development and business management, Frédéric James Gentizon, founder of Innergia SA, has successfully combined his expertise as an engineer and economist to design an innovative approach to the energy transition. Convinced of the key role of decentralized solutions, he has been committed for several years to promoting sustainable models that combine economic performance with environmental impact.
